Sep 27, 2016 OpenSSL.NET. Moved to github. OpenSSLUI,OpenSSL UI,OpenSSLGUI. This project is intended to create a free Windows based UI for command line openssl operations. Currently a UI has been developed with Windows WPF. Existing code needs some code cleanups. The source and binaries are available for download.
OpenSSL is a robust, commercial-grade, and full-featured toolkit for the Transport Layer Security (TLS) and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols. It is also a general-purpose cryptography library. The primary benefit for SocketTools developers is the OpenSSL tool can be used to create self-signed test certificates for their server applications. Yet Another Openssl GUI: Qt base openssl GUI to create CSR, certificates, keys (RSA / DSA / EC), P12 etc. Current version: 1.1.2 using openSSL 1.1.1g. If you have a problem, open an issue. If you have a question go to discussion. This project aims to allow creating certificates / keys in a quick and easy way. OpenSSL is an open-source implementation of SSL/TLS protocols and is considered to be one of the most versatile SSL tools. It’s a library written in C programming language that implements the basic cryptographic functions. OpenSSL has different versions for most Unix-like operating systems, which include Mac OC X, Linux, and Microsoft Windows. The OpenSSL project was founded in 1998 to provide a free set of encryption tools for the code used on the Internet. It is based on a fork of SSLeay by Eric Andrew Young and Tim Hudson, which unofficially ended development on December 17, 1998, when Young and Hudson both went to work for RSA Security.
OpenSSL is licensed under an Apache-style license, which basically means that you are free to get and use it for commercial and non-commercial purposes subject to some simple license conditions.
